Record-Keeping And Age Statement

Performer age records and how the site handles them.

This statement sets out the position of SadoMax on record-keeping for the adults who appear in its BDSM videos. The tube is meant for adults, and each performer shown must be an adult. That holds for studio releases and for amateur recordings alike.Videos come to the tube from outside producers, and the site depends on the age and identity records that those producers are required to hold. A video that falls short of the standard is taken down. A person who doubts the age of any performer can write to the site, and such a report is handled ahead of other mail. This statement describes how the tube works and does not replace the records of the original producers. Reports about a performer go to abuse@sadomax.com.
